Often, the hardest part of thinking about a business venture is not coming up with the idea, but bringing it down to earth and implementing it.

In the following Notion template, you will find a step-by-step guide with the most useful frameworks for building a product from zero to one, which will allow you to do a detailed analysis of each important point you will need to cover in order to achieve your goal.

It is not necessary to have knowledge about the frameworks as they are guided and supported by documentation at the end of the template.

Likewise, continuous feedback is always recommended to know if the points are being completed correctly.

Parts of the template:

Problem: Analyze the problem you are attacking. This is the most important step, as from it you will define the Jobs to be Done that will shape your solution.

Solution: Describe how your product will solve your problem and how it will fulfill jobs to be done.

Analysis of your solution: Make a detailed analysis of your product through Customer Jorney to understand what are the pains and gains to be taken into account.

Risk analysis: Decide and justify what are the risks that your product will face: is it necessary for users? Will they know how to use it? Is it profitable? Is it viable?

Start diagramming the first steps: With the risks defined, you will start the diagram of your first MVP (minimum viable product), which will allow you to validate in an economic and fast way if your product can face the risks or not.

Through MoSCow, decide what your product will need in order to work. What should it have and what could it have.

Through User History Mapping, define and understand what the activities and flows will be that your users will do through your product.
